Embroidery
Our embroidery department consists of 2 machines of the latest model. The machines has a capacity of 10 x 7 needle and 6 x 11 needle, and can handle sizes up to 30 x 25 cm, with threads of highest quality |

Time and production routines
To create the best circumstances for the production we follow these routines.
Har vi följande rutiner

Complete print order with
original, film and description of the goods should be given. |
| 2. |
Test print if you wish (recommended by us).
Time required around 10 working days and done on one of your garment. |
| 3. |
Test prints will be charged separate with templates,
color mixture etc. |
| 4. |
The printing edition will begin within 5 working
days after approval. |
| 5. |
Repeat
orders is charged with 50 SEK/ template and color. |
| 6. |
The template is kept 90 days from the last print order, thereafter charged full template price. |
Storage
| 1. |
Goods from you must be delivered to us 2 days before the test print begins. |

Order name, number or the name of the print. |
This should be done to avoid mix-up and other confusions that could
delay the work.
You can e-mail or fax notation that the goods has been sent to us and will
arrive shortly, it facilitate our placement routines with the goods.
Description of goods
All garment from you should be described from you or the manufacturer about quality,
synthetic mixture or other material. If the material is cotton
the gram weight should be mentioned.
Terms of delivery
Independent of Reklamgruppen with post or other transport company, with freight
notification from the customer (on the customer expense) or arrange own prick up.
Payment condition
All prices excl. value-added tax (VAT) Payment condition net cash up on
delivery or 10 days net after agreement. Independent Landskrona Reklamgruppen.
Any complaint should be done within 8 days too be accepted.
Print Order
Should be sent to us by post, fax or e-mail

Original
The quality of the original reflects in the final print. We request.

Paper original in good quality or positive film in scale 1:1. |
| 2. |
Original on CD-ROM for PC in file format PSD, PDF, JPG, TIFF or EPS. |
| 3. |
Original sent via e-mail should be JPG or PDF. |
| 4. |
Color copy with exact PMS colors. |
| 5. |
Placement or the print |
| 6. |
4 color raster positive film in scale 1:1. We can contact your repro for consultation. |
| 7. |
For
prints with multi color raster we can order film for England or
USA. The delivery time for the film for multi color print is around
3 weeks and the cost is 5000 SEK |
| 8. |
Design and production of originals can be made by Reklamgruppen after agreement. |
Costs for repro-work is paid by the customer
direct to the repro company. If the film from your repro company does
not work with our screen technique you are responsible for any delays
in the production and start costs for test prints.
Warranty
For work result on the usage of the goods no warranty can be given, why the
buyer need to convince him self that the goods is appropriate for the intend
purpose. (e.g. silocon treated garment)
The manufacturers only responsibility should be to replace the same number
of products that seems to be defect. These should then be returned within
8 days (prints with water based colors within 14 days).
Thereafter the products can not be complaint or returned.
Contact us immediate if the delivered products differs from your order, or
if you want to get information of any kind.
Washing and Ironing advice
| 1. |
Before the
first wash make sure that the garment not gets washed within 48 hours!
Water based colors at least 10 days. Always wash the garment with the
print in side out, i.e. with the print inwards, that make the print
last longer. Dry cleaning not suitable |
| 2. |
Tumble dry
with gently program, with the print inwards and normal temperature.
Ironing can only be done on the garments inside.
Never ironing direct on the print. |
